Appeal for blood donors in Tuam
Appeal for blood donors in Tuam

PEOPLE in Tuam and surrounding areas are being urged to give blood at the donation clinics being held in the town over the coming days.
During Christmas and into the early New Year the IBTS notices a drop in supplies and they are appealling to people to take the time and make a blood donation.
While donors with O negative or O positive blood types are always in demand, every donation is vital.
The IBTS are asking previous donors and people who might never have considered donating blood before to take the time and attend one of the clinics.

Clinics take place in the Presentation College, Currylea, Tuam today Friday Dec 28 from 11.30am to 3pm and on Sunday, Dec 30 from 11.30am to 3pm.
