Jasper really enjoyed the St Patrick’s Day Parades

Hello Boys and Girls, HOW are you all this week? What about the St Patrickâ€â„¢s Day parades? Werenâ€â„¢t they just great? Iâ€â„¢m still excited after all the fun. I saw lots of you out marching and Iâ€â„¢m very proud of you all. And the beautiful music and the gymnastics and the lovely costumes â€â€ you all were a treat to see. Boy did we have a laugh at some of the floats. Some people put so much work into them they must have been at it all winter. But it was worth it to see everybody giggling and laughing. Aunt Molly said that unless I lose my big belly Iâ€â„¢ll be in next yearâ€â„¢s parade as a giant balloon. Thatâ€â„¢s not fair. Iâ€â„¢m being very good. Iâ€â„¢m off sweet things for Lent you know, but I didnâ€â„¢t think St Patrickâ€â„¢s Day counted. It doesnâ€â„¢t really, does it? I must admit I made a bit of a pig of myself on the big day. I had buns for breakfast, lasagne for lunch and tart for tea. Well I had to make the best of the one day I had. My belly was a little sick afterwards but it was worth it and Iâ€â„¢m back on my diet again. No more until the end of Lent â€â€ but thatâ€â„¢s only a while more and you know whatâ€â„¢s coming then, donâ€â„¢t you? Yes, Easter Eggs and lots of them. Yum! Yum! Bye for now, Uncle Jasper
