Tuam stalker texts again, goes back to jail
A TUAM-BASED man who was warned on his release from custody that if he even looked at or contacted in any way the young woman he was charged with harassing, he would find himself back in prison, went back to prison on Tuesday for the third time for contacting his victim again. [private] Michael O'Reilly of 7 Chapel Court, Tuam, was brought before Judge Geoffrey Browne by detectives for breaching his bail conditions. O'Reilly claimed that he was texting his girlfriend and hit his victim's number by mistake. Judge Geoffrey Browne told O'Reilly that he had warned him time and time again to stay away from the woman he is harassing but he was persistent and had to face he fact that he was going back to prison every time he contacted his victim. He remanded O'Reilly in custody until Harristown Court, Castlerea, on Friday when he said he would decide what to do with him. [/private]
