Tuam charity jumble sale

A RANGE of interesting and low-cost Christmas gifts will be available at a jumble sale in aid of Tuam's branch of Youth Work Ireland. The sale, which takes place at 2 pm on Wednesday, December 8 at Tuam Youth Centre at the old junior school on the Dublin Road, also provides an opportunity to buy the very popular 100 per cent Tuam calendars. In advance of the sale, jumble â€â€ clothes, shoes, accessories, CDs, videos, DVDs, books, toys and household bric-a-brac â€â€ can be dropped off between 10 am and 1 pm, Monday to Friday. Youth Work Ireland is a voluntary youth organization which works with young people aged between ten and 18 years to support their personal, social and educational development. Activities and groups include after-school programmes, arts based programmes, music and dance workshops, one-to-one educational support, health programmes, youth clubs, trips and much more.
