Get your feet rolling

FOR those of you who curl your toes at the thought of dangling your unsightly feet in front of the beautician or podiatrist, there are some products that are worth trying out at home in your quest for smoother soles. Rain or shine, summer is on the way and we will, at some stage, have to reveal our feet, which have been hiding away in boots for many months. There are two home devices that appear to be the equivalent of electronic sandpaper for hard skin on your feet. Both work on pretty much the same principle and should be used regularly for optimum results. Donâ€â„¢t forget to apply plenty of moisturiser to your feet after use and after showering to help keep that pesky hard skin at bay. Both devices are available from local pharmacies.
