A taste of Santa Ponsa humour comes to Tuam
A HILARIOUS show featuring stars of Joe Duffy's Funny Friday and RTÉ's Bull Island comes to Tuam in June. Life After Santa Ponsa is the final part of the Santa Ponsa trilogy starring Frank Twomey and Pakie O'Callaghan whose characters return from serving time in a Spanish prison, having been framed for something they didn't do. In this latest episode in the life of the Murphy families, a family wedding goes disastrously wrong and a very dodgy impresario leaves Melanie's X Factor dreams in tatters. The villain Hans Von Snicht comes back from the dead, Carmel and Noreen struggle to cope with the economic downturn, while Finbarr and John have a bruising encounter with a supervisor in the dole office - and wish they were back in Benalmadena prison. Check out the latest madcap adventures of Cork's most dysfunctional family, which has already impressed critics by the quality of the comic performances and writing. The show comes to The Ard RàHouse Hotel, Tuam on Friday, June 10 at 9 pm. Tickets priced €20. COMPETITION WE have a pair of tickets for this comedy to give away.
