Olympic manager urges Tuam to ‘grasp opportunity’

AN ambitious plan to provide a new community sports facility in Tuam can be realised within the next two years, according to those behind the project.

A meeting held in the town on Monday night heard that the combined efforts of Tuam Athletics, Tuam Camogie and Tuam-Cortoon Ladies Football clubs are determined to deliver a community sports facility to cater for the 1,000 young members involved in all three clubs.
