A COLLECTION of songs by a Glinsk father and daughter will be launched on CD later this month in an effort to raise funds for a church being build in a small town in Tanzania.

Tommy Burke is joined on the CD, entitled Mansion on the Hill, by his daughter Rachel and will launch the collection in the Glencastle Lounge, Glinsk on November 24.
The launch of this CD will be the fulfilment of a long-held dream by Tommy and his family. The stimulus to get to the studio came from something that was happening 5,000 miles away in Tanzania and followed a visit to Glinsk by Fr Deo Gratias who had come from his community in Chisano.
