Tuam Traders showcase Open Late

A GROUP of Tuam traders are joining forces in an effort to bolster town centre business.

All of those involved in the open til late campaign are highlighting that their business all open until 7pm on Fridays. They feel there's a perception that Tuam shuts down at 5.30 but they're adamant this isn't the case and many shops and businesses open late on Friday evenings.
The businesses involved in the group so far are O'Brien's Shoes, Dublin Road, Pat Lane Shoes, Shop Street, New Harmony, High Street, The Abbey and Eamon Geraghty Menswear, The Square, Pet Haven, Vicar Street, Gearoid Healy Hair Salon and Farrell's Dry Cleaners, Foster Place.
“We are all here giving a great service to shoppers and we want to remind them that many businesses open late on Fridays,†explained Bernard O'Brien.
