Corofin’s hall of youthful memories 
gets a re-vamp

ONE of the longest-standing community halls in the county will have the final phase of its revamp completed in the coming days.

A new ceiling is currently being installed in Dr Duggan Hall beside the GAA pitch in Corofin village. The hall has been a hive of activity down through the years. County finals in Readoiri and Scór competitions and Tír na nÓg discos were held there in the not too distant past, but what the hall was probably most renowned for one time was its dances.
