Opposition to mobile phone tower plan

A NUMBER of parents have vowed to move their children to a different school should a proposed telecommunications tower be erected nearby.

Numerous objections have been lodged at County Hall against a planning permission for a 30 metre high mobile phone tower at Annagh Hill.
Teaching staff, the Board of Management and parents of children attending Annagh Hill NS have outlined their vehement opposition to the development in a number of submissions on the application.
