'Ugly' eir phone building and booth annoys Tidy Towns

The 'phoneless' phone booth in Tuam's Square

TUAM’S Tidy Towns Committee say they are losing marks because of dirty railings and moss covered tarmac around the eir Group’s (formerly Eircom) building and mast in the town.
They also complain that the “ugly booth” once used for public payphones is still in situ at The Square almost two months after the payphones were removed.
