New john deere dealership set to open in tuam in weeks

TUAM is to be the location for a new Western region John Deere agricultural machinery dealership which is expected to open in the near future. The development comes in the wake of the sudden closure of the company’s dealership in Headford in April.
Templetuohy Farm Machinery (TFM) Ltd MD James Butler confirmed to The Herald that his company has come to an arrangement with John Deere to locate their main West of Ireland dealership in Tuam.
The Tuam operation will cater for not only Galway but Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo, making it one of the largest in the country.
