Hopes that palace road work will begin this week

HOPES are high that work will begin later this week on the restoration of the Palace Road in Tuam and the subsequent re-opening of the car parks at Super Valu.
The stay which was placed on the Order by the High Court was formally removed by the Supreme Court on Friday October 24. A contractor has been engaged and is ready to commence work as soon as the drawings are formally approved by the architect acting for those who took the court action.
