A taylor swift song for lisa mchugh

What have International singing star Taylor Swift and Scots-Irish singer Lisa McHugh got in common? Well they are both stunning looking, they both sing Country songs (well Taylor did at the start of her career but she moved over to Pop in more recent times), but the current common denominator is that Lisa has just released a song written by Taylor as her new single titled Stay, Stay, Stay.
The song is a more Pop-flavoured offering from Lisa, even though she has Countrified and adapted it to her own style. It is also on her album A Life That’s Good, which has spent many weeks in the UK Country charts and she, along with Nathan Carter and Derek Ryan, are probably the only Irish singers to make the UK Country charts which are usually dominated by albums from American stars.
While none of these albums made the much bigger selling UK Pop charts, where Daniel O’Donnell’s CDs continue to do so with every release, the latest one by Lisa did see her having her first hit in the Irish Pop Top 20 — so who knows but the UK Top 20 could be a destination for her in the future.
