The whole Hogge With Jacqueline Hogge

SUMMER is the time of year when Galway comes into its own as party capital of Ireland and the fact it’s only a hop and a skip up the road means it’s hard not to get caught up in the excitement of the various festivals that keep the city in celebratory mode for months on end.

I put such enthusiasm down to the fact I have never actually lived in the city, due in no small part that I chose to complete my third-level education on the east coast.
